CONDITIONS OF SERVICE / THINGS TO KNOW
- Labour for extra work is not included in packages and may be necessary - charged at flat rate or time and materials.
- All Requests for a Quote will incur a Minimum Assessment Fee payable. If you decide to go ahead with the work this fee will be deducted from the final repair cost.
- A Pickup and Delivery Service is available (charges vary by distance).
- All Equipment/Machines must be clean and free from debri or will be subject to a cleaning charge.
- All repair work is guaranteed for 30 Days from repair date.
- All completed repairs are to be paid for prior to customer pickup or delivery to home.
- Repairs not collected within 90 days will be sold to recover costs.
- A service fee will apply to cover incidental materials and charges which include grease, fuels, oils and waste/environment charges.
- All completed work must be picked up within 7 days after completion or storage and handling charges apply.
- You will receive a text when your job is complete. Periodic updates will be provided if delays are encountered.
